Wrestling
Wrestling is generally known as the art of fighting, but according to Ozyma, it offers much more utility in our lives. An ordinary person utilizes only as much physical strength and potential as their daily routine allows. Wrestling, however, plays a special role in activating and strengthening every cell of the body. Due to the unique situations created during practice, the brain is prompted to send messages to the body cells, initiating a process that makes those cells active. With daily practice, the body begins to adapt at a subtle level to these uneven situations, gradually undergoing physical changes such as muscle growth, joint strengthening, grip enhancement, and overall physical power. Furthermore, with special techniques and awareness, wrestling also positively influences our energy body and mind.
Our society, workplace, family, and education are often structured in a way that triggers about 70%-80% of our lower emotions—such as anger, stress, irritability, and envy. These emotions generate negative energy in the body, harming various parts and organs. When practiced in a specialized manner, wrestling helps maintain the health of our body and mind by expelling this accumulated negative energy from throughout the day.
With focused attention, wrestling engages every part, organ, and cell of the body, sending an energy flow through the energy channels and chakras. This allows us to feel the energy flow within our body, mind, and energy body while experiencing the coordination between them. Ultimately, this practice can help us to connect with that consciousness or soul that we are. Therefore, through wrestling, we can develop not only the physical body but also activate other dimensions of our being.
