Yoga

In today's time, Yoga is becoming known as an exercise. Many people are practicing yoga to stay slim, fit, and flexible, but is yoga really limited to just this? The answer is - NO. Yoga is a way of living life. Yoga is not limited only to the body; it is a process that deeply affects our body, mind, and consciousness.

Yoga teaches us how we can use these three positively. Through Yoga, by establishing coordination and development, we can make life as light as we want. Yoga touches almost every dimension of life; it teaches us how, by experiencing different dimensions of life, we can live in joy at the highest level of humanity. While today's incomplete education is serving us stress, competition, depression, and other negative feelings, techniques such as yoga asanas, pranayama, provided by yoga, help us to live joyfully by developing the various energy centers of our body, mind, and consciousness to the highest level of humanity. Therefore, the teaching of yoga is also an indispensable part of modern education.
