Yogasan
Yogasanas are often mistaken for simple stretching exercises, yet their impact extends far beyond the physical. In the Ozyma philosophy, life is a triad of mind, body, and soul. These elements branch into complex systems including the Panch Kosha, Panch Prana, Panch Mahabhoot (the five elements), the 7 Chakras, and the Nadis. Consequently, Yogasana is not just a pose; it is a process of shaping the body to engage the pranic and energy layers of our being.
On a physical level, Yogasanas regulate pressure and flow across our muscles, organs, and nervous system. They clear internal blockages and harmonize our circulation, fostering health and unlocking our body's full capabilities.
Simultaneously, within a meditative state, these postures awaken the energy flow through our Nadis and Chakras, bringing the mind under control. Each posture acts as a tool to align mind, body, and consciousness, stripping away the stress and misalignment accumulated throughout the day. The result is a state of mental, physical, and spiritual wholeness.
