Martial Arts

The moment we hear the name "Martial Arts," the very first thought that strikes our mind is fighting. This is partially true because combat is the most aggressive and visible form of this art, which is why it is showcased everywhere. However, Martial Arts operates across many more dimensions than just physical conflict.

Humans have a deep emotional aspect. Unfortunately, our society, workplaces, and education systems are designed in such a way that they generate 70% to 80% negative energy within us. This manifests as anger, stress, irritability, greed, and jealousy, ultimately harming various parts of our body. When practiced with specific techniques, Martial Arts serves as an excellent method for expelling this negativity. It allows us to cast out the bad energy accumulated throughout the day, keeping both the body and mind healthy.

The practice of Martial Arts is a powerful way to enhance the capabilities of your physical body. It is here that you feel the coordination between mind and body for the first time. Through this, you can catch a glimpse of the "Master" (the Soul) residing behind them. Additionally, practicing different moves boosts our brain's capabilities and helps us establish true control over our bodies.

Beyond the physical, and combined with a little experience in meditation, Martial Arts transforms into a spiritual path. Through specific techniques, we work on our Energy Body—going beyond the physical—to activate our Energy Channels, Nadis, and Chakras. This raises the potential of our humanity to its absolute peak.

Therefore, Martial Arts is not merely the art of fighting; it is a method akin to Yoga. It works on our body, mind, and consciousness, effectively guiding us toward the ultimate stage of human existence.
